Time trial ride, riding from home over to Dave's house. All four of the regulars were there. Whoohoo! Dave and Jim weren't in great cycling shape, and John, although he hasn't been riding, was in decent shape. Aligned the magnet on my front wheel with the pickup and got my cyclometer working again. I took it slow essentially the whole way, hanging with Jim to make sure he was doing okay. I really let it loose on the little climb up to Poway Rd, keeping my pace around 11 mph or greater nearly the whole way. The only other place where I went all out was on the final sprint to Rios Rd on Pomerado Rd. I was able to hang with John but couldn't pass him. Finished in 1:03:00. Took RB Rd back to W Bernardo Dr to get back home.
