Run in the morning while staying at the David Intercontinental Hotel in Tel Aviv. I ran north on the sidewalk by the beach, which is quite flat. Out a little over 2 miles, then I turned around and ran back. I was running for most of the time at an easy pace, felt like I slowed down a little at the end. I think the distance was smaller than MapMyRide actually logged, since I wasn't running 7:30 miles. It would have been nice to be taking this pace, but I'm not that strong yet.
