Ride with Zvika and 4 (at the start) other riders from his cycling group. We started from the Nachson interchange, heading out the 44 toward Bet Shemesh. It was a little cold at the beginning but not painfully so. Slow on the little climbs to the 38, where we headed southwest until turning toward the climb up to Nes Harim. I really struggled on the climb, out of shape for this kind of workout. It was slow and plodding, but I made it to the top. Throughout the ride, Zvika was riding really fast, he is in great shape. Past Nes Harim and also past Bar Giyora until we came to the turnoff for Tsur Hadasa, where I turned around and headed back the same way I came. My muscles didn't cramp much, but I was really slow on the last little climbs back on the 44.
