01-25-2020 Ride

Ride with Oren from normal starting point.  Out the normal way to Hwy 4, then north to the 581.  I thought the weather would be cooler than it turned out to be, so I could have gotten by without the jacket I wore.  Oren was feeling off on this morning, so he was riding slower and we kept the distance down.  To the 5803 and then to the 5714 to get back to the 57.  At this point, we decided to make the ride shorter and took it back into Netanya, stopping at the Arcaffe by the movie theater for a coffee before heading back to the starting point.  I felt fine on the ride, didn't really push the pace at all.

Avg speed = 15.5 mph. Total mileage = 31.2 mi

01-17-2020 Ride

Solo ride from home on a cool overcast morning.  Headed out Ben Zvi and the 44, a minor headwind was noticeable.  Out to the 40, where I headed south to the 411.  A short stop here for a banana break, then stayed on the 411 until I got to the 42, where I headed back toward home.  On to the 4311 for a short bit to get to the 412, riding through downtown Rishon LeTsion and back to the 44.  From there, it was basically a retrace of my route out, although faster with the tailwind.  I took the way home via Kibbuts Galuyot.  Was able to avoid any rain.  Legs felt more tired than I would have expected later in the day.

01-11-2020 Ride

Solo ride, without a car due to the flooding incident, so I couldn't ride with Oren.  Standard route out Ben Zvi and the 44 to the 40, heading north to the 461, then to the 431 and back to the 44.  I could tell the effects of not having ridden in the last two weekends, so I was slow.
