Solo ride from home after work, longer loop up Pomerado to Ted Williams and back via Rancho Carmel and Carmel Mountain. Felt really good motoring up Pomerado. Kept a steady, head-down pace going up Ted Williams and Camino del Norte but couldn't quite keep it up to the top of the hills. No soreness from Saturday's ride.
