03-12-2013 Ride
Stationary bike at work for 45 min in the morning before work, listening to music on my phone. I inadvertently entered level 15 and didn't notice it until I felt that I was really struggling to keep my cadence. I stayed with this level, and it was a very different workout, more focus on strength-building than on cardio.
