Ride after work with Blair and Nicholas Moglia, who was borrowing Blair's old road bike. We headed down the hill to Duenda Rd and then over to RB Rd. Rode up to the high school and then down to Twin Peaks Rd to get to Camino del Norte, and then back to work via Bernardo Center Dr. Nicholas is in good shape, has done a lot of mountain biking, so he was able to keep up pretty well, just learning how to pace himself up the little climbs.
