05-08-2026 Swim

Woke up after sleeping okay but with numerous anxiety dreams about Indigo and missed opportunities there. Finished up one portion of cleaning up my old emails in Outlook, so I am making progress there and trying to stay ahead of the curve in reviewing all incoming emails and deleting the unwanted ones. Then I got ready for a short swim at the WWC. I basically had the pool to myself. Did four 250s about as fast as I could swim them, with a break in between to recover. Here are the splits for these 250s: 4:20, 4:20, 4:22, 4:18. This was a hard workout for me, that last 500 was tough, and I could feel it in my shoulders later.

Rode home and had some oatmeal and coffee for breakfast. Then I went out in the back yard and cleared all the weeds from the side patio, swept it free of dirt as well. I also trimmed the ice plant back. My afternoon was quiet, I continued cleaning up my email inbox on Outlook, will see if it syncs correctly. I also swapped out inner tubes on my front wheel. Dinner and evening were quiet, Ann and I are on the outs for now.
