Saturday morning ride on the stationary bike at work, recovering from my bike crash the week before. I rode the rolling hills course for a little over 45 min at level 11. I noticed the tightness in my shoulder, but it wasn't really painful, even when I did a circuit of fairly low-weight extensional exercises for my arms and shoulders.
