Solo run over lunch at work. Leaving from the normal entrance door and running the normal rectangular route in clockwise direction. I generally felt good on the run, not pushing the pace much or really having the fitness to do so but still maintaining a reasonably good speed. My legs weren't sore on the following day, which indicates that my running muscles are starting to be used to being exercised.
