Stationary bike ride in the morning before work, riding at level 13 for an hour. I had a really slow stationary bike workout the previous time, so this time I increased my focus and concentrated on a higher output. It paid off, but I was really working hard, particularly in the second half hour. I still have a long ways to go before I'm back to a decent cycling fitness level.
