Run at lunch from work, heading over to Bernardo Center Dr, then turning right on Camino del Norte. I was feeling pretty good at the start and ran the first two miles, net downhill, in under 7:00 each. Right on Camino San Bernardo, taking it over to RB Rd and heading back. By this time, the grade was uphill and I was slowing down. Over to Via del Campo and back to the campus. This is a nice loop for distance.
