First run in quite a while. It was a short one, over to the coast and then up to the turnaround point by where the Dolphinarium used to be. Then I retraced my route. Felt okay, but it was a workout. My legs were just a little sore the day after but not so bad. From the graph of my average pace, it seems that I start off slow, so I should look at pushing a little harder in my run at the beginning.
