Ride in the garage before work on a Friday morning. I rode for an hour and was really sweating. Indoor workouts are a chore. I was able to set up the Wahoo so I could adjust resistance level, and I rode most of it at the 20% level, which was enough for me. I got the Roku setup to work with the monitor and my wireless earbuds, so that was cool.
Avg speed = 18.2 mph (Probably higher, I think the clock was running while I was adjusting my derailleur)
Total mileage = 18.3 mi
Avg power = 167 W. Weighted avg power = 168 W
Avg cadence = 90 rpm
