06-07-2013 Ride

Stationary bike at work for 60 min in the morning at work, listening to music. I started a little before 7:00, had gotten in early to work but the alarms were going off in Bldg 65, so I waited until they were turned off.  This was a pretty good workout for me, a lot of exertion to average over 22 mph.  I think my output was lower during the second half of the workout.
