Solo run in the morning, intending to set a fairly fast pace. I was successful for the first two miles, but I slowed down noticeably in the last two miles. Took the Arizona Canal trail while at Tech Con, heading east initially and then returning along the trail on its other side. I need to find some more information out about how to break through the steady pace I can run and insert some faster splits for miles run.
