10-16-2015 Run

Solo run in the morning before work, taking the general loop around the neighborhood.  I felt like I had a good start but slowed down through the ride.  Need to get into a more regular cadence of running to build up my endurance and speed.  Felt fine at the end, just worked out.  A little soreness in my right foot later in the day, but it wasn't a big deal.
