09-29-2015 Run

Solo run during lunchtime at work, two loops around the campus starting from the entrance I normally use in the morning.  Mapmyride wasn't keeping track of the distance accurately.  I'm estimating that I ran about 8-minute miles, which was okay.  I was sweating by the second loop.
