09-01-2015 Ride

Solo ride over to yoga, taking the normal route but using the pedestrian bridge to get across Lake Hodges.  I felt like I had a decent workout. perhaps a little help from the wind but not much.

Avg heartrate = 138 bpm
Total elevation gain = 670'
