Ride over to yoga, following the standard route. There was another cyclist on BVP, so I chased him down and then used him chasing me as incentive to put out a pretty high output on the climbing section. It was a workout, and I had to slow down sooner than I would have liked. Ride went generally well, finished in about 37 min.
