Time trial ride with John, it was the first time he rode this route since Jan 3. My legs were tired from the previous day's ride and hike, but I put a lot of effort into this ride. Cardio was fine, but I need to build stamina in my legs so that I can push my cardio even harder. It was a little chilly at the beginning but overall the temperature was really nice. Finished in 1:03:14.
