Ride from home, intending to keep the pace moderate. Out Kibbutz Galuyot to the 461 and to the 40, heading north. Legs felt stronger. I rode out to Petah Tikva and had to stop to fix a rear flat tire. So I decided to lower the mileage. Rode a little further before turning around and riding back the same way until I got to the 412. Over to the 44 and then home the generally normal route, except passing by the stadium.
