First ride of the new year, it was a solo, slow one. Not much energy on this day. Up through the neighborhood, where I saw Joe S. with a couple of other riders coming down Matinal Rd while I rode up. Out RB Rd to Camino del Sur and then over to the 56 bike path. Then it was down to El Camino Real, taking a right and heading up to Del Mar Heights, then down into the flats. Back up Three Witches, a slow climb on this day. Then back Camino del Sur to Paseo del Sur, taking this road through the neighborhood until Babcock St, where I turned right and followed it until using Potomac Ridge Rd to get back to Paseo del Sur. Then it was Four Gee Rd into the 4S Ranch neighborhood, taking the normal route there to get over to Alva Rd and then to RB Rd. Home via W Bernardo Dr and Duenda Rd, throwing in a little loop near the end to have more than 35 mi on the day.
