Ride after work with Blair, after riding into work and counting that in the overall mileage total (as well as the ride home afterward). We headed out to Bernardo Center Dr and took it down to Carmel Valley Rd and then up and over to Camino del Sur. I didn't push the pace that much on the initial climbs. Over to the 56 bike path, where we turned east and rode back up to Black Mountain Rd. This time, I gave it a bigger effort, starting about a quarter of the way in. Continued all the way to Rancho Carmel Dr, where we turned and headed by the post office to Carmel Mountain Rd and then to Camino del Norte. Another hard push up that little climb, was feeling pretty good. Then down and back to Bernardo Center Dr and back to the parking lot before riding home.
