Ride to work, counting these miles in the overall daily riding mileage. After work, Blair and I rode out Bernardo Center Dr and Carmel Valley Rd to the 56 bike trail, turning there and heading back to Camino del Sur. On the climbs, Blair is getting stronger, able to keep up a faster pace for further up the climb before backing off. Headed back Camino del Sur to Paseo del Sur, taking it over to Four Gee Rd and then through the 4S Ranch neighborhood to get to Alva Rd. Then it was back to the site using RB Rd and Via del Campo, and home for me after picking up my computer back from my desk. I felt faster on this ride than the previous Thursday, maybe because it didn't have as much elevation gain per mile in it.
