Run in the evening after work. Ann was asleep when I got home, and I probably would not have gone out if not for the Shape Up Challenge. Took the standard route around the neighborhood, feeling decent in a couple of spots for short periods of time. I was still slow coming up the section on W Bernardo Dr, so stamina is a focus area for me.
