05/25/2016 Run

Run in the evening after dinner, which was probably a mistake.  Ann was going to the gym, so I decided to exercise as well.  I took the normal neighborhood route.  All through the run I felt leaden, weighed down and no real strength in my legs.  So I just plodded on, particularly on the section up W Bernardo Dr.  This was not a highlight run for me.
