Rough day for Ann, she wasn't feeling well the entire day, so it was pretty quiet.  I went for a walk and then swam for 1 mile at the WWC.  She was feeling poorly when I got home.  I fixed the flat on my new bike and, later, took the wheel over to Bike Bling to have them loosen up the rear cassette spline, which was successful.  I cleaned off the cassette (it's monolithic) when I got home and removed the plastic protector ring.  Picked up leaves by the avocado tree in the afternoon, more still to be done there.
