This was going to be an easy workout day for me. I got up around 6:30 and went for a 2+ mile walk around the neighborhood. When I got home, I had some cereal and a banana for breakfast, then I got the camping stuff down and stacked on the other side of the garage. Went to church with Ann, sermon by Lisa was about giving thanks, one of her better ones. Talked to Paul Lorson on the patio about his broken hand, Dave Peterson tried to get me to take over the church money-counting duties, but I'm not going to sign up for that. Emily, Ann, and I walked over to Esco Gelato and had gelato and a chat, then we drove home, getting gas on the way. Afternoon was quiet, watched some TV and avoided napping. Took the aero bars off my Fuji, repaired a couple of inner tubes, and removed the extra links from the new chain on my Canyon. I also worked on the computer for a while. Evening was also quiet. I started packing my clothes for the camping trip, not much else.
