Solo run over lunch from work, going out the main entrance and taking the trapezoidal route in the clockwise direction. I had good splits for my first two miles, which are both generally downhill. Then I slowed down for the run back to work, but my overall time was still decent. There were some sections during this run where I felt like I knew what I was doing out there.
In the evening, I put new tires, Continental Gatorskins, on my bike.
