Ride after work with Blair, keeping it relatively short and a little bit faster because he was James' ride home. Headed over to Camino del Norte via Bernardo Center Dr, turning left and, for a time, following the reverse of the time trial route. There was a coastal breeze, so riding east was easier. We stayed on Sabre Springs Pkwy all the way to Springhurst Dr, turning there and getting over to Poway Rd, where the breeze effect was more noticeable. Took Oak Knoll Rd to Pomerado Rd and then turned left onto Metate Rd to get to Community Rd. Back to Twin Peaks Rd, and when it turned into Camino del Norte we followed the time trial route back to near our starting point. I had ridden my bike in to work, so I rode home and kept that on the Strava route as well, which made my average speed for the ride look better.
