Solo ride initially, heading through the neighborhood to Matinal Rd and then to W Bernardo Dr. Onto RB Rd, taking it to Bernardo Oaks Dr to get over to Lomica Dr. Then down to Bernardo Center Dr and back toward Jim's house via Duenda Rd. To the end of Corazon Pl and then back to Duenda Rd to come at his house via Aguamiel Rd. Met up with him, John, and Dave, and we rode the time trial route. I felt during the ride like I had decent power but not much stamina. Still, felt better than I thought I would after the previous day's exertions. For some reason, my Fitbit didn't sync the ride, even though it looked like it tracked my progress.
Avg speed = 16.6 mph. Total mileage = 23.8 mi
