Run in the morning before work, following the default 3.5 route. My pace was just a little bit slower than on Friday, but I felt more refreshed at the end, so I believe my conditioning is improving. We'll see how my muscle recovery time looks. It was better in terms of muscle soreness from Friday's run but I was still tired from the run during the ride on Saturday.
