Cat woke me up earlier than I wanted. I got up and went into the garage to look again for the missing foam pads for my aero bars. No luck. Then I ate some breakfast and got ready for a swim at the WWC. I swam a warmup 250, then did a pyramid out to 250 yds, starting the next stage on the minute. I finished it, but my stroke was pretty ragged throughout, not as smooth as the previous day. So I finished with another 250, this time with the pull buoy helping me to practice a lengthened stroke. When I got home, I had a little more food before heading into the garage to ride on the trainer. After a couple of fits and starts, I got everything to work, playing music from my Bose unit and staying cooler with the fan. Rode a very flat course around Bruges on MyWhoosh, out to 10 miles. Finished averaging over 21 mph.
Avg speed = 21.7 mph. Total mileage = 10.1 mi
Avg power = 207 W. Weighted avg power = 208 W

Not a lot done through the rest of the morning. I had lunch (I paid) with John at The Stand in CMR. The burger was decent, a veggie burger patty. We compared notes about our mothers and their fixed ways. Home in the afternoon, again a relaxed day compared to the week. Later, I played around with recording some music and wrote thank-you notes to Ben and Mark about their efforts to clear up the WF account statement issues. It was a quiet evening. I watched a little TV, went for a walk to get my steps in, then ate dinner and watched a little more TV before reading.
