Solo ride over to Dave's house, taking the freeway and then the route behind the mall. I met up with him, John, and Jim, and we did the extended time trial route, with the section on Buena Creek Rd. Legs felt the effects of the previous day's ride, but I felt decent on the little climb up to Deer Springs Rd and then on the Buena Creek Rd stretch, where I pushed the climb and the downhill section as well. After that, I generally slowed my pace, and the others were slowing down as well, especially Jim. I tried to stay with him on the last section on Centre City Pkwy, he was going slow. Temperature was decent on this ride, but the humidity was higher than usual.
