This was a light exercise day. I had a leisurely early morning, ate some breakfast and later went out for a 1+ hour walk around the neighborhood. I was watching out for my right foot, which had been sore since I ran at the beginning of the week. It seems to be feeling better but still not quite normal. After I got back home, I got ready to go to the movies with Ann. We went to see A Complete Unknown at Angelika. I enjoyed it, was a little surprised that Ann did too. She liked the origin story of Bob Dylan, which was dramatized quite a bit but still had a fundamental truth. The day was kinda nasty, misty and overcast. We stopped at Sprouts after the movie, and then I returned most of the unused retaining wall blocks to Home Depot. Our evening was quiet.
