A recovery day for me after a hard riding weekend. I went for an hourlong walk in the early morning, then headed over to the WWC for a swim when they opened. It was pretty crowded. Not at my full energy, but I did okay, swimming 2500 yds in a little under 51 minutes. Standard protocol, with last 20 lengths without snorkel or pads. Ann went off with Kay, so I had the opportunity to run some errands. I dropped off the propane hose at The UPS Store in RB, then went to Walmart to buy some CR2032 batteries. When I got home, I degreased my chain and put the new tires on the front and back wheels. I had lunch, then later in the afternoon placed an order with AliExpress for some bike stuff. Evening was quiet. I went through my cycling notes and made a list of all the organized rides I could remember, along with any training rides longer than 70 miles. List goes back to 2003, and I think it's fairly complete, although it might be missing longer rides from the earlier days (I don't think I did too many longer training rides prior to riding centuries back in the day, it was nice to be young and resilient).
