Travel day. I woke up fairly early, since I couldn't sleep well anyway, and went for a walk where I walked along every street in Lake Shadows. Mom still wasn't up when I got back, so I went out into the garage and started taking my bike apart to pack it up. About halfway through that task, she came out into the garage looking a little worn out but better than the previous evening. I told her to go back in and rest for a while as I finished my packing. By the time I was done, she was in better shape, on the mend from whatever had bothered her the previous night. She felt good enough that we were able to go do a little shopping at Walmart, better to do that while I was around, since Ross might not be available on Sunday for a shopping trip. I was a little concerned that Ross wouldn't be able to drive me to the airport, but he called early in the morning and let me know that he would be back to the lake house in plenty of time to drive me there. I kept my Uber reservation just in case. Watched a little bit of TV in the late morning and early afternoon, and I was starting to feel a little worse, still not too bad. I ended up canceling my reservation, and Ross and Mom drove me to the airport. The flight was not crowded, I had an entire row to myself, but I was feeling worse. It helped to eat something during the flight, but I knew that I was sick with something, hoping it was just a cold that I picked up from Mark. Got to San Diego, picked up my bike bag, then Ann drove me home while I shared some of the details of the trip with her. I isolated when I got home and ended up having a really rough night, running a mild fever and getting up frequently to pee. It was not restful at all.
