Got up and my phone said it was below 30 deg. I went out, it was cold but not that cold. Waited until Heather and Laura got up, then we ran a slow-paced (for me) 5k around Heather's neighborhood. I could tell that Laura was running faster, and she ended up setting a PR for 5k, so that was cool.

Ann and Kathy went to Shipley's and Starbucks as we got back, so there were donuts and coffee for breakfast, fairly tasty but never as good as expected. We chatted for a while in the morning, then Laura and Joe headed to the airport to catch their flight back home. The four of us had BBQ for lunch, of course I had the sides. We went to the nearby outlet mall in the afternoon and walked around, didn't buy anything. I had a very short nap after we got back, also did a fair amount of reading. Kathy and Heather made dinner, was decent. We watched a little TV and chatted, then we went to bed.
