It was pretty cold when I woke up early, went down and did the dishes, then got ready for a time trial route ride with Jim. It stayed cold through about three quarters of the ride, and my fingers were numb. We took it really easy, talking about kids and adult parenting.

It was a chill afternoon. Arnold came over, and I passed Gideon's brake bleed kit to him, sharing some of what I have learned from my trials. I went for a short walk in the late afternoon. Ann and I also agreed on which Airbnbs to stay in during our Japan trip. Quiet evening (<>!).
