03-28-2025 Walk

Had a rough night, coughing quite a bit. It got so bad in the middle of the night that I got up and cleaned the dishes from the previous evening. I got up a little late and decided to take it easy on this day after a busy previous day. Late in the morning Ann and I planted and watered the peach tree. I also put a chicken wire frame around the root base to discourage any future gophers. Talked to Ben about a minor flare-up at the lake house associated with takin down a hedge in the back yard. Watched some TV, then went for an hour long walk to get close to my step target, then did a little weeding of the back patio before dinner. Some more TV in the evening, trying to rest up.
