I was damp when I got home, and then I changed into my swimsuit to get ready to go to the WWC. Checked my camera battery and it appeared to be charged, which was a pleasant surprise. So, I took it as well. Was raining on the way over and while I waited for the gates to be opened, that wasn't too pleasant. But after putting my stuff in the locker and getting into the water, the rain didn't really make a difference. Instead, I was just really tired, couldn't sustain a 20-stroke cadence at all, and throughout the swim it was usually 22. Arms felt sluggish, and there was no kick in my legs. This was my slowest swim in quite a while, kinda depressing actually. Here are the splits for the 3 500s and the last 400: 9:49, 10:12, 10:18, 8:03. Rode home in light rain and had a cup of coffee to warm up a bit. Later on, I found my other Akaso camera battery as well as the wrist start/stop band. Had a light lunch, and after that I went in the back yard to weed. Removed weeds from the nearer bed with wood bark and started on the bed with decomposed granite. It was drizzling while I was back there but not too heavily. Took a shower after that and read for a bit, including a short nap. Was feeling pretty good in early evening but got out of sorts with Ann about her concern of catching a cold from me, after I felt I was basically non-infectious. So it was a quiet evening, I didn't speak to her. I did watch a little TV after she went to bed.
