Run while at work in the later afternoon, since it had been such a busy day. I did the loop down to Camino San Bernardo via RB Rd and back. Pretty good first couple of miles, helped by it being generally downhill. I slowed down significantly on the return trip. More miles needed to feel better and more in rhythm with my stride, which was ragged toward the end.
