10-26-2016 Run

Solo run over lunch at work, heading out from the main lobby and doing the loop counterclockwise through the industrial park.  I had a fast first mile and generally felt stronger throughout the run than I did on Monday.  Finished well too, this was the first time I was able to log a run with a mile pace this fast.
