10-13-2016 Run

Run in the morning, just before sunrise, so it lightened up as I went, to the extent that I didn't need my light on several sections of the run.  There were times when I felt pretty good on this route (especially in the first mile), although I was still really slow and puffing on the W Bernardo Dr climb.  Still work to do, but I'm feeling and doing better.
