10-07-2025 Walk

This was an easy workout day. I was dealing with a sore glute and some minor rib pain, presumably from the previous day's exertion, especially the longer run. I went for an early morning 1+hour walk around the neighborhood. Had some breakfast, took it easy in the early morning. I called a couple of medical alert companies, ended up liking Bay Alarm Medical more than Medical Guardian. Then I drove to T Shirt Mart in Escondido and ordered a shirt for Ross's birthday present. Went next to CarMax and got a firm price quote for the Sportage. I think we will sell it. Stopped and picked up some groceries at Food 4 Less before heading home. The afternoon was quiet, at home. Ann had gone to the beach with Kay to celebrate her birthday. In the late afternoon I took the rear cassette off my Fuji bike and cleaned it thoroughly. Then I took an hour or so and weeded the gravel path in the front, along with a patch of weeds in the rocks by the fence. That was a little painful, frequently getting up and down. As a result I had a quiet evening.
